2020 is fast approaching. I know I’m not telling you anything new!
The energy leading up to 2020 is beginning to take shape and if you have had a stop/start year that hasn’t gone as you wished or experienced a few ups and down trying to figure out what to focus on, or just want to come out of the gates of 2020 at pace… Come and spend a day working on what you want to achieve next year.
Creating the space to visualise and bring those great ideas to paper requires something from you…a commitment to take yourself and your business seriously, and to show up energetically and physically so your intentions and actions are aligned.
All the day requires from you is to play in the possibilities that exist so you can activate your potential. I have exercises and guidance, and, as I like to harness as much energy as I can and use all the resources I know spiritually, emotionally and psychologically we will take an inspirational yet practical approach to capture your ideas.
What can you use the day for? You can use the day to focus on one big thing or to set up a few things for next year, or just be present to what unfolds on the day.
At this time of year overwhelm can easily happen if we don’t set boundaries around what we want.
Disconnect just for a day to focus on your own agenda – (everyone around you thinks they have to whip themselves up into a frenzy. We know that’s exhausting so gift yourself a day to work on your business or life)
Find and dissolve the fear holding you back.
Surround yourself with like minded people that will hold you accountable…absolutely essential to anyone in small business.
Hot Seats – to either drill down or brainstorm.
Exercises to inspire you and to help you constructively get clarity.
Everything you need is supplied for the day.
***This day had great feedback when we ran it in December 2019 and we have had requests for it to run again early in 2020 and possibly at regular intervals throughout the year. If you want to be part of this or would like more information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
