The concept of universal mysteries has been a topic of fascination for humans for centuries. These are big questions that we all ask ourselves, such as, what is the purpose of life, the nature of existence, the origin of the universe, and the meaning of consciousness are universal. And for me personally, what happens when we are out of step with the energy or laws that govern us and is there a power connection between self worth and the law of fair exchange?
I’m fascinated by the connection between consciousness and the law of fair exchange. Consciousness is a subjective experience of being alive and aware, and it’s made up of our perceptions, thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Consciousness is what allows us to have experiences, make decisions, and interact with the world around us. It influences the actions we take (and don’t take) in our personal and professional lives.
The universal law of fair exchange, also known as the law of reciprocity, is an essential part of maintaining our personal and professional relationships. It suggests that people are more likely to trust each other and continue doing business or exchanging ideas in the future when they perceive they are receiving equal value. When we give our time, energy, or resources to someone else, we expect to receive something in return. This doesn’t necessarily mean a material or financial benefit, but can also be a sense of appreciation, respect, or reciprocity.
The universal law of fair exchange is an essential principle that underpins all healthy relationships. What does it look like when it’s played out in our everyday lives? When we feel that we are not receiving fair exchange, it can cause resentment, anger, or even depression. Conversely, when we feel that we are giving more than we are receiving, we may experience guilt, anxiety, or depreciation. This imbalance of giving and receiving affects both personal and professional relationships, and mixed with our perceptions of self worth can have negative consequences for our own well-being.
Fair exchange is not just a matter of practicality or ethics but is also a reflection of the underlying harmony and order of the universe. When we engage in fair exchange, I think we are participating in the larger cosmic order and contributing to the greater good of all. Both consciousness and the law of fair exchange are essential components of human interactions, and their interplay can have a profound impact on our relationships and our overall well-being. We know it because we can feel it when we are out of step with the law of fair exchange…by the emotions we experience.
When we are conscious of how the law of fair exchange and our perceptions of life impact our own world view, this will lead to greater harmony and fulfilment in our personal and professional lives. By understanding the role our own consciousness plays in fair exchange, we can create a more meaningful and fulfilling relationship with ourselves and our loved ones, and our businesses.

In order for things to change, the way you look at things have to change.
I work with you and alongside you as your personal life coach. For years I have been studying human behaviour as it’s vital to know what we do and also what we don’t do that stands in the way of our potential.
Being a life coach and facilitator affords me a very unique outlook in the way people live their lives. I’m extremely fortunate to have a set of skills that allows me to dissolve challenges and also the baggage or ‘bags of age’ that we carry around. These literally take up time and space in your life and when these are negative they can weigh us down and create reactions as well as signs and symptoms. Your mindset is that important.
I'm Mandy.
